Ingredients
2 tsp ground flaxseed
1/3 cup almond or coconut yogurt
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1 frozen banana
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend on low then gradually increase to the highest speed until smooth and creamy.
Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
