Courtney Hill, 54, has always been on top of her health — whether she’s hiking up a mountain or skiing down one. For most of her life, Courtney could be found on travel adventures mountain biking, snorkeling, and kayaking, or practicing yoga and weight training closer to home. But like many of us, her usual healthy habits took a backseat during the pandemic in 2020.
“The last two to three years changed a lot of things for pretty much the whole world,” says Courtney, a Florida-based entrepreneur. “I gained weight like a lot of other people. My eating habits changed.”
Courtney and her husband also sold their business and home and traveled in a motorhome for four months before settling down in a new town. “That meant recreating my work, friendships, and community.” All the changes came with added stress and less consistent fitness and diet routines. Courtney was also moving into menopause, and began experiencing symptoms like low sex drive.
In 2022, Courtney decided it was time to get back in the driver’s seat of her wellness journey. “I needed to come home to myself and figure out where I really was with my body,” she says. “I wanted to get back on a plan and move forward in the best way.”
Courtney’s Lifeforce Journey
When Courtney discovered Lifeforce through Tony Robbins’ Life Force book, she immediately gravitated to what she called the “soup to nuts” approach. “What drew me in is that Lifeforce gives you not only test results, but a whole comprehensive plan that never leaves you hanging,” she says. “If you know your results, but you don’t know what to do with them and you don’t get retested after, there’s no point in getting the test done at all in my opinion.”
Courtney became a Lifeforce member in December 2022. In her first diagnostic test, she learned that some of her hormone biomarkers — such as testosterone, progesterone, and estradiol — were out of balance, and that her cholesterol was high, despite not having a family history of elevated cholesterol.
“That was a wake-up call for me — a huge alarm clock saying, ‘You know you haven’t been doing what you need to do,’” Courtney says. “I knew I needed to start making shifts.”
Her Lifestyle Changes
With the encouragement of both her Lifeforce physician and certified health coach, Courtney returned to some of her previous healthy habits — and adopted a few new ones. “I now work out four to five days a week, including weight training and HIIT workouts. It doesn’t have to be long workouts; sometimes it’s 15 or 20 minutes a day,” she says. “I’ve gone back to the foods that actually fuel me instead of ones that don’t. I am eating well, watching my sugar intake, and limiting alcohol.”
Now, Courtney feels like the best version of herself. “I feel grounded, clear, and focused,” she says. “My energy levels are good, and I’m gaining strength back in my workouts quicker than I thought I would. I went from not being able to do a push-up to doing 15 push-ups!”**
This newfound strength and clarity has touched every area of her life, including her work and her relationships with her husband, friends, and family. Courtney says, “I feel better and more grounded in who I am, and everything else I do is coming from the best part of me because I’m in the best place.”
Results will vary based on individual medical histories, personalized treatment regimens, lifestyle, and additional factors.
Charting Her Own Path
When Courtney saw the program working for her, she immediately encouraged her husband to get his own Lifeforce Diagnostic. She also recommended Lifeforce to her mom and friends after they noticed how happy she is. When they asked her secret, she was happy to share.
For Courtney, it’s all about feeling empowered in her own health decisions. “I love that Lifeforce gives you the protocol, and then you’re in the driver’s seat,” she says. “With the follow-up tests, you can see how you’ve been improving firsthand. It comes full circle, and they make it easy. Lifeforce really, truly puts the power of your health back into your hands.”
