What forms of payment does Lifeforce accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal; Google Pay; Apple Pay; Discover; cash and/or checks.

Can I cancel an order once it's been placed?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Once placed, our Member Experience team is unable to modify or cancel an order.

How do I edit my billing information?

Any changes to your billing information can be made by signing into your account from our website. Please sign in to edit your default billing address, add a new card and change your default payment method.

When will my card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order, or at the time your next subscription is processed.

I am having a hard time completing my order. What can I do?

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

After your order is submitted, you will be directed to an order confirmation page with your order number. If you've reached this page, we've received your order and we are either reviewing your payment information or your order is ready to be processed. You will also receive an email confirmation shortly after your order is submitted to confirm that we received it.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming shipment and a tracking link. From here, you can also sign up for SMS alerts.

 

 

When will my order by processed?

We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Once placed, your order cannot be modified or canceled. Orders are not processed on major holidays.

Orders for our Nutraceuticals are processed and shipped Monday through Friday for Nutraceuticals. Please note that we do not process these orders on weekends.

Orders for Pharmaceuticals are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday. We do not process these orders on Sundays. If your order contains a controlled substance, a signature will be required at the time of delivery.

I have a pharmaceutical subscription - do I need to sign for the delivery?

For orders that contain Testosterone and/Metformin, a signature is required. If you are unable to be home to take receipt of the package, please contact the carrier directly to reschedule delivery.

What shipping method is used?

At LifeForce, all orders are shipped ground using one of the following carriers - UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL as well as regional carriers.   Please note that shipping speed is ground and orders will take approximately 4-7 days to arrive.  

Please note that orders with a controlled substance (i.e. Testosterone) will need to be signed for and cannot be left w/o a signature. If the carrier is unable to receive a signature within 5 days of first delivery attempt, the order will be returned to the warehouse.
