Where is my order?

Tracking information can be located on your shipping confirmation email or you can contact support@mylifeforce.com for assistance.

All orders are shipped ground and will take approximately 4-7 days to arrive.   Orders containing Pharmaceuticals are shipped FedEx 2nd and may require a signature at the time of delivery.

Does Lifeforce ship to P.O. Boxes, Military APO/FPO addresses or overseas?

Lifeforce ships within the 48 contiguous states. At this time, we do not ship to the following:

P.O. Boxes

Military APO/FPO addresses

Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska

International

When will my order arrive?

All delivery dates and times are not guaranteed and are estimates provided by the carrier. We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Once placed, an order cannot be modified or canceled.

When will my order be processed?

We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Once placed, an order can no longer be modified or canceled. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

I can't see tracking updates from the carrier...what now?

Once your order has shipped, it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you continue to have issues, please email our Member Experience Team at support@mylifeforce.com or reach out to the carrier directly.

Can I sign up for text alerts?

Absolutely! Text alert are a convenient way to sign up for notifications to let you know that your package is out for delivery or has been delivered. Simply open the Shipping Confirmation email, click on the tracking link and sign up there. All you need to do is enter your cell phone #.

Please note that standard text rates will apply and are charged through your cell phone provider.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

My product is damaged. What should I do?

What shipping method is used?

At Lifeforce, all orders are shipped ground using one of the following carriers - UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL as well as regional carriers.   Please note that shipping speed is ground and orders will take approximately 4-7 days to arrive.  

Orders with a controlled substance (i.e. Testosterone) will need to be signed for and cannot be left w/o a signature. If the carrier is unable to receive a signature within 5 days of first delivery attempt, the order will be returned to the warehouse.
