How can I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by signing into your account, or feel free to reach out to our Member Experience team at support@mylifeforce.com. If your next order is being processed, please be aware that we are unable to cancel or modify it.

How do I add an item to my subscription?

Our Member Experience team are here to help and can add any Peak and/or Nutraceuticals to your subscription. Members can subscribe to Pharmaceuticals with approval from a Lifeforce Clinician. Please email us at support@mylifeforce.com for assistance.

Can I pause or change the frequency of my subscription?

Yes, our Member Experience team can adjust your subscription frequency for you. Please email us at support@mylifeforce.com
